These red 427 side marker bezel inserts are for Nova, Chevelle, and fullsize cars with the early style bezels that used the foil inserts.

They are machined from 6061 aluminum and then red anodized. After careful masking, the white in the numbers was sprayed with white epoxy primer and white basecoat. The raised outline of the numbers was then sanded smooth and then they were clearcoated.

Although these are constructed differently than the foil decals, they look very close to the original red 427 inserts and look much better than faded out originals. An original red 427 marker was used as a pattern.
