NASCAR CEO Brian France Arrested for DUI
Sunday night at 7:30pm, NASCAR’s CEO Brian France was arrested for driving under the influence in the Sag Harbor community of the Hamptons. The charges include aggravated driving while intoxicated and criminal possession of a controlled substance. The substance was oxycodone found on his person.

After his arrest for driving under the influence and possession of the opioid painkiller oxycodone, NASCAR CEO Brian France announced Monday that he’ll be taking an “indefinite leave of absence.” NASCAR announced that its executive vice president Jim France, Brian France’s uncle, will take the spot.
