Here's an Oct '67 Newspaper Ad as OO statement above also jives exactly w/ info noted earlier about cars waiting unconverted for later builds w/ 396 or 427's to suit customer orders.
Being the 06/67 build subject car sold 03/68, it and the Blue TurboStick in this 10/67 Newspaper Ad could be one and the same?
