This is the last one I have, it comes with the original GM assembly line 2889 upper rod & 5497 lower rod & yes it is original for those who do not know the difference from the reproduction rod. Includes the correct upper and lower rubber with the steel insert. As you can see in the one photo, the 5497 rod has a flat spot 1 1/2" long where it probably rubbed on someone's headers. There is no rust pits on the rods or the inner bell crank, the outer bell crank has some rust pits you can fill in if they bother you.
