This is the Eliminator prototype that had the 2 speed rear axle in it. The "streep" option came VERY close to being offered as an RPO for the 1970 Cougar Eliminator and Cyclone Spoiler.
Though the Streep option never became an RPO, the moniker did make it into Mercury's marketing
