----Helmut,,, Be aware that the dash-pads are a much darker saddle when they are the correct color than those repro pads in this car. Why the Corvette parts people insist on making them this light is a mystery. Same thing for the carpet. At least to me it sticks out like a sore thumb! The heater core is disconnected, and the seat covers have been half-assed. As well someone chromed the scoops behind the door and the grills behind the hood. The 67 wheels look OK but are obviously wrong. Master cylinder is incorrect and the correct ones are expensive. Also appears that the gauge cluster needs a going over. The grill is a 66/67 and that's not common as those grilles are much heavier than the correct 65 grills. Make sure and have someone check the frame out as many surprises can be hiding down there. I have a good friend in San Diego that does Corvette evaluations if you get serious. The car may be in San Diego now but it could be a transplant. Makes me wonder what else is incorrect. Thinking about this I believe I would stick somewhere around 42,000-43,000. There's money to be spent!.....Bill S
