Neat car, NOM but an original stick car. The rust looks way more extensive than I would expect for a car that looks to have spent its whole life in NC (judging by the current location, and the dealer emblem on the tail panel). Maybe a car that lived near the coast? Never seen a package tray that rough, yikes.
