1969-70 Restored Black Steering Wheel
This started out as a very nice wheel with no cracks or damage at all. I had it restored and painted with lacquer. This is correct for 69 or 70, I will give you the choice of a restored original horn shroud correct for your application 69 Camaro or 70 Chevelle. In the pictures of the horn shroud's, the silver is not painted around the raised area, I will have this painted and include with the price.
