Pedistal tach mount..this came off an NOS 990 tack that was custom installed..theres no evidence its ever been mounted on a car...its the mount and the screw...looks like the screw in the back has had a screw driver in it, but the other parts have never had a tool in them, or a worm clamp on it..still has an ink stamp on the inside...chrome plating is mint...well for the 60s and 70s..its mint...the smudges are from me handling it..its a very nice piece..and very evident its NOS..i just dont have a box etc
