Not many know about that little secret Island Get-Away making it real nice for those that do know. I'm not into snorkeling, but I hear it is one of the best places on earth for underwater adventures. We went there 2years ago and absolutely loved it!!! Honestly, we had never been there and weren't quite sure what to expect.......what a pleasant surprise! That doesn't sound like a whole lot of money for a well-constructed unit with a positive cash flow! Rent it and let it pay for itself! Heck, some of the cars changing hands here are more than your asking price! GLWS!
