I have a case of NOS Stewart Warner 990B Ignition Monitors that came from the estate of a speed shop owner. The 990B Ignition Monitors are the sending unit for the 970 series pedestal tachometers used on Yenko Camaros, Chevelles, and Novas. 990B senders are for points ignition systems. These senders are all brand new, never used or installed. The little paper bag has the mounting screws inside. most of the time, these senders develop a hairline split at the outer edge from the plastic shrinking over time as shown. The split is par for the course when it comes to these senders but a few may have survived split free. I only opened the single sender to take the photos so far.
