Actually, I've been buying more from HBC vs Ground Up since the part descriptions on the GU site are inaccurate - plus I send in my product review comments and they never post them. Note to online retailers: customers read the reviews, and rely more so on actual buyer feedback vs your product descriptions!!! I rarely buy anything online without reading customer feedback.... </div></div>
I agree about the feedback. Some of these companies just don't care. Sometimes HBC just has what you need. I get it. My opinion came from several personal interactions, face to face, with him. No integrity, no business from me... Especially when he's claiming Made in the USA on parts that weren't even close. Spectra tanks for instance. Great company and great product, but why would you advertise Made in USA and place stickers on parts that are obviously made in Canada? Just one example.
