Just dug another box of goodies out of the attic and found this distributor in there... I believe this came out of my Jan '69Z that I sold back in the 80's. This is how it came out of the box - I did not even try to clean it.

Appears to have dark blu-ish ink mark above stampings
No centrifugal advance weights or springs
Missing vacuum advance
Points plate slightly bent from VA removal (not by me)
