"Scobey's Auto Parts Custom and speed equiptment" on quarter panel was more than likely the speed shop in Poplar Bluff Missouri. I used to do some sales in Poplar Bluff at Body shops and If I remember correctly Mr Scobey of Scobey's Collision used to own a speed shop. I'd give them a call, probably get quite a bit of information from them.
