Bill, The options definitely add up. I'd guess a 26fter might hit $23K. You could save some money if you're willing to install the battery/charger pack, winch, interior lighting and electric tongue jack yourself but I wanted a turn key set up. The 4&quot; floor risers were expensive but I needed them so I could open the car door all the way through the side door. Some people would be fine with a few 2x12s to drive on. Or you could just tell them to build it with a raised floor to accomplish the same ending. I'd have a 10ft tall trailer if I did that.
The side door and upper cabinets all are top hinged with gas shocks. I don't have to worry about slicing my head open from the corner of a door.
