Reminds me of something Alan Sheppard, the astronaut, said in an interview when asked what he was thinking in the seconds before rocketing into space: "That every single part on the vehicle was provided by the lowest bidder." </div></div>
Isn't that the damn truth -- I've flown way too many miles in aircraft "made by the lowest bidder" but am still able to remember and have survived.
