We knew we had work ahead of us as this 60 year old building needed a lot of upgrades to get to code. The building was sound with a new roof, East and West walls were concrete block and the posts and beams were solid redwood.
In some order we needed the back lot cleared,This was done by the Vendors son before we took possession.
The back wall would need to be replaced and a new larger 10 foot door opening built.
With the lot cleared we had a combination of old asphalt, concrete and soon to return Japanese Knotweed.
