<span style="font-weight: bold">I'm sure it also has a lot to do with 1975 and older vehicles being exempt from county smog laws here. A 1975 Trans Am can belch 92 octane from it's headers and two-chamber Flowmasters and the government doesn't care. A 1976 Trans Am doing the same thing will be barred from the road until such time as gentle puffs of pollutant-free sea breeze are emitted from it's fully functional California-specific catalytic converters. Go figure.
I'm worried about my '92 Caddy. I'm maxed out on my NOX limits now. One more part per million and I may be in trouble.</span>
