Stefano, you know I love you, but I will disagree, the factory numbers were very close if not dead on. This is a result of a master engine builder doing a proper blue print, and assembly. I am sure you will agree as others, that a proper blue print and assembly in most cases can be, as we see here, at 10-12% increase in power. Problem is, there are not that many builders left that can do this with these old engines. Kenny specifically wanted to keep the motor as true to original specs as possible, the only deviation was dropping the compression from 10.5 to 1 to 10 to 1 … this is where we see the slight drop in torque, he did this to ensure no issue with 91 octane gas. We will post a video of the runs and the dyno results tomorrow.
