Re: R.I.P. Gordie Howe
Second sports legend in a week. This guy was really something. Played pro hockey (NHL/WHA) in five different decades. When I was a kid and started watching hockey in about 1953 there was no player that could do it all like "Mr. Hockey" - skills, size and toughness. There was an unwritten rule in the NHL back then <span style="font-style: italic">"you don't go into the corner with Gordie."</span>
His "elbows" should be shrined in the Hall of Fame. R.I.P Gordie and thanks for the memories.
