Dave "Northernforce" sent me an E-Mail:

"Hi Ryan
Hope all is well-enjoy reading your post- a few weeks back I was going to call you when I saw the rear end was going together-but I had a plumbing incident at home and spent a few days fixing it right-I had noticed no posi tag on the cover-can I make a suggestion-the tag is somewhere-safe-you will find it sometime and just laugh-be it in the glove box or in your paper records-before you put the rear end cover back on without the tag -then have to take the bolt out to put the tag on -this may cause a leak-I checked my stock and I have one NOS tag left-you can have it (just give me the other one back when you find it-if you don't find it -no big deal)-I am home this weekend if you want to drop over or I can mail it to you-but please take this tag and install before you put the cover on one last time!!!Talk to you soon!!!"

Dave gave me the tag as a gift so I felt bad temporarily misplacing it...... I read his E-mail and thought, hmm glove box........ which is in my cupboard....... YUP!!!!
