The ones I have seen the rear bar goes in between the top and bottom seat area. </div></div>
Correct, You need to modify the seat......or, get creative with the down bar. I had planned on trimming the bar to the contour of the seats at the point of intersection. Then welding a cap on the bar with another smaller diameter bar (5/8" to 3/4" dia) centered inside the tube to slide between the seats and mount to the floor. Same seats and a bar that "looks" fully functional.
Maybe some day I'll do it...
