It is restored in "as raced" condition. All lettered up, etc. Personally, I think it should stay that way since it has such a winning race history. Nate also went waaaaaaaaaaaaay beyond what most racers did as he chromed "everything" on the car. It was a show piece as he raced it, and that's also what it is remembered for.
I think old race cars are always best restored in their raced condition, providing they were owned by a "name" racer. That adds provenance to the car and it remains the way it was in everyone's memory. You may have a hard time finding a "no name" T-Bolt for a "as delivered" restoration. Although I think it would be great to see one as it was delivered.
