1970-71 427 454 512 4 bolt Short Block
Selling a used 4 bolt main 512 short block that just came out of storage since the 80's. The casting number is 3963512 dated H2570. It is bored what looks fresh .030 over with 7-Manley #5600 pistons and 1-TRW L2300 piston. They appear to be 11-1 I think by the dome size. I took photos of the tops. Must of had issues at some time to switch the piston. There is no cam in it but has new cam bearings. The crank is a 6223 I have not pulled a cap to see if its turned. The lifter valley area has been smoother off. There is no stamping on the pad. Price is 2100 plus shipping. I'll put it inside a GM engine crate and deliver it to a terminal buyer pays shipping.
