NOS JL-8 rear
I got this in a package deal a few years ago. This guy bought a 69 Z brand new and then, in 1972, he went to the dealer to order a disc brake rear. Unfortunately, a complete rear was no longer available. So he ordered what was still available. He sold the car a few years ago due to health reasons, and I bought all of his extra parts.
What is included is:
-- NOS JL-8 tapered housing. This is correct for one of the 206 original JL-8 cars(not the heavy duty service package housing). The housing is dated 72, but is absolutely correct w correct part number and it is NOS original.
-- 2 NOS JL-8 axles(one still has sticker w GM part number),
-- 2 NOS emergency brake hub set(no boxes, but correct originals),
-- 2 CORRECT NOS early grey backing plates w/ GM stickers. (I've never seen another pair NOS).
-- 1 NOS yoke in GM box
-- 3 brake shoes (no box)...don't know what happened to the other shoe??
-- 2 new rotors... they have no boxes or tags, so I'm not sure if they are NOS, but they came in the package when I bought the rear.
