Just by coincidence (?), yesterday I received an email from Microsoft wanting me to complete a customer satisfaction survey relating to one of the three interactions I had with their Tech Support line last week. I held nothing back....they got all the lowest marks, along with a commentary on what a massive disappointment I have found Windows 10 to be.
