I have some sYc history in my collection pertaining to #49. I have Don's racing credentials (arm band) when he was to race #49 at Lemans in 73. Don took #49 out on the public streets with Lynn ( young Daughter at the time) and got stuck in traffic. Don was getting pissed about sll the dust & dirt getting kicked up and was trying to make a turn to get off the road. Out of no where came this french guy barreling down on them and wiped out the front of #49. Don was ok, Lynn was bang up and bloody from bouncing around the car since there was no passenger seat!
