In '68, there was no factor for SS/HA. The last factor was F and it was for 9.50 or more. That's what the rule book says anyway. The '69 rule book lists:
F: 8.00-8.49
G: 8.50-8.99
H: 9.00-9.49

The way the numbers jump around,it makes you wonder if they used Weight/CI one year and Weight/HP the other year, but the books don't explain that. Based on those numbers you couldn't run the same class in '68 and '69 with the same car. Since Super Stock is based on Stock classes, I'd think the factor should be based on HP rating because modifications were very limited.
