Unfortunately, not all transmissions (or engines) got the CON VIN stamping to show exactly what car it originally came in. They were to be stamped on an assembly line by a human being, and mistakes/omissions were not unheard of. </div></div>
That was my guess on the b&m stamp. Well the car isn't around anymore so i'll put it in my 72 nova with a smallblock and have fun. Thank you for the info
