Hi all,

We have put the finishing touches on the menu for the meet n greet Thursday night.

Dinner will be available from 6-9 PM

We will have:

Brisket - slices and burnt ends
Chicken Thighs
Bacon and caramelized onion Mac N Cheese
Cranberry/BBQ Baked Beans
Smokey blueberry bread pudding ( this will go fast)

The meat will be prepared the same way we prepare for our competitions. Should be awesome!
