OA 6528 =Oakland Plant, Body Sequence #.
(Colors as you mentioned)
702 =Black Bucket Seat Interior (not sure on the 7- and 28. Probably plant specific for interior items).
948 =Palomar Red
Acc (OA does not list Acc Line #)
W =Tinted Windshield (Some decoders list "F" for this but believe "W" is correct for this OA plant case & '64+).
P =Z01 Comfort and Convenience Package (Many places list this as PB Radio for many years but few Corvair, Nova & Camaro people got together and showed that data points to C&C and Fischer Body body mods needed for it. Corvair guys published).
X =Super Sport
M35 =Powerglide Trans
2933 =Plant Specific Code, don't have info.
