Used..really nice..has discoloration on the ears..it just looks like where a hand kept touching it..apparently he was right handed... and took off the plating. NO pitting on the inside ring...very very light on the ears...this would be perfect for a resto or a true survivor car..the flash catches the light so the discoloration looks worse than it is..trust me..its really a nice piece...best used one ive ever had...all i did was wash it off with some dawn dish soap and window cleaner..you detail or restor it the way you want..it might polish with some 000 steel wool...but its up to you..it could go on a low mile car easy and not look out of place
