Dear Steve and all fans of this 72 TA -
I just wanted you to know that this car is alive and well. I bought it earlier this year in Austin, TX, and drove it back to San Francisco, CA, along the famous Route 66. The collector I purchased it from in Austin thought I was a bit crazy to actually *drive* it home, but I figured a classic American car deserves a road trip on the classic American road. It's a "Trans Am" after all, right? [img]<<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/grin.gif[/img]
I took some footage while I was driving back and finally got around to making a video. I've just uploaded it to YouTube here:
Trans Am - Trans America. I'm not a professional videographer, but I tried my best to capture the greatest of this car.
