That is the most white stripe over spray I have seen on a later built (05C) Z28, you can clearly see the white on the trim tag and firewall seam sealer highlights. The early Norwood built Camaros were more typically over sprayed excessively with stripe color on the firewall top surfaces, as were the LA built Camaros.
