Hi,
Here are some pictures of my 71 Z28, Van Nuys car. Fully number's matching and documented with build sheet. I personally found the build sheet when I replaced the fuel tank two winters back. Pretty cool when you find one yourself! Motor was rebuilt at has 600-miles on it. Elected to bump it up to 11:1 vs. keeping it at the tame 9:1. Replaced what was needed primarily with the NOS or a solid repop source.
- M21, 3.73's as well
- Need to be sprayed but from the doors back is all original paint which speaks to SoCal weather vs. being the Midwest (Chicago) where I'm at
- 3rd owner / Original owner ordered it from Champion in Manhattan Beach, CA and sold it to a co-worked, friend of mine in Chicago, when they worked together at Northrop Grumman in SoCal
- Yes, some silly paint guy painted the hood Norwood width vs. Van Nuys after something fell on it back when
- Have the interior piece for the heater controls, just repraying them at the moment
- Joey Gray fully restored the original gauges
- Dash cover, from 2nd owner, sucks and needs to be replaced. Joey Gray said NPD's new one coming out if the most sturdy.
- Originally a blue interior, 2nd owner made it black
Any questions please give me a call. Joey Gray in NC can vouch for me as well.
Looking for $28K.
Thanks for your interest.
