Just got word from the original owner of this car. He and his wife are coming in specifically to see the car post restoration and meet the current owner. It has come a long way since he sold it back in 1999. He thinks his wife still has the dress that was worn here on their wedding day and will be wearing it if so. I asked the current owner if he would mind if the wife could take the same pose and if we could put shoe polish on the car as per the original. All he responded with was, if you do not think it will harm the paint, go for it. LOL I do not think so but thanks for the offer.
