OK, CB was used in 69 for manual trans SB and 6-cyl applications. I don't know whether a July radiator in a November-built car could be possible but I'd suspect more likely July of 69 production date for the rad. Production of components may have been high at the start of the new model year to avoid any possibility of delays, resulting in early dates on later cars, but only speculating. Others will be much more knowledgeable about component lead time for late 1968 production, and the CRG guys will have examples in the database to reference.
