The &quot;gap&quot; between a car body scheduled to be built on Christmas week and finished a few days after the New years weekend doesn't seem unusual to me at all and the body style had no restrictions regarding the ordering of A/C or any of the other equipment on the car. It seems that someone other than a racer may have wanted a &quot;Post&quot; car for a multitude of possible reasons.




Here is another identical date example from the classic olds site.

&quot;My 70 Vista Cruiser has 12D stamped on the cowl tag and 01/70 on the blue sticker on the door. The date on the broadcast card is 1-5-70.&quot;

vin on mine is 234437 , wagon is 234806
