Wood grain trim as described was included with the Z23 special interior group and Z87 custom interior. Z23 & Z87 also included wood grain trim on the shroud of the standard steering wheel.

I believe a non Z23/Z87 car ordered with a console may have received the dash trim but not the steering wheel trim.

None of this was included with Camaro SS equipment.
