I'm cutting off the collecters as I'm using 3 1/8" down to 2" cone collecters on the Stahl headers, secured with anti-slip bands instead of conventional clamps to mate up to the vintage head pipes.This serves two purposes;
1, too preserve the integrity of the super rare vintage Stahl Headers and the vintage pipes.
2, Ease of uncapping the Headers for Race duty/ Hot street action.
The Car itself is quite stock appearing with lots of high-end bolt-ons for AHRA Stock /GT 2 & NHRA Modified Stock Class Rules circa 1970-74.
Retaining the ability to be street driven locally and to long distance events when not trailered, hence
4:10 gears in place of 5:38's.
