Default Application for Flywheel Bolts?

Would anyone know what the application is for these flywheel bolts? Need to know what they were used on and what year. These length of these bolts are 1 3/16" long. They have fine threads, star washers and have a head size of 11/16". On the top of the head is a recessed dimple embossed with the letter "P". Any help would be great. See pics down below...

Thanks guys,
Sal
