Yes, Eric does know his stuff, and with his connections we were able to get this spot welder.
We used panel bond between all areas that mate together.
The quarters are GM NOS from early stampings. Only thing is they were originally stamped with no side-marker light openings, so we will cut those in later.
We also decided to cut off the door jamb section for a couple reasons. 1) it allows us to form the door edge gap better, and 2) these quarters have the vent hole cut out in the jamb that we'd have to close off anyway.
