I am able to get the visa and I go every other year. I am going again at the end of May for the Bienal for 10 days. My good friend Sony did tours at the Partagas factory behind the Capitol Building for years and is still good friends with Kiki who is second in comand there. He always gives me some special cigars. Sony's neoghbor has a Nomad and then I saw one at the airport on the way out. I know there are a few 1915-1925 Cadillac's as I have seen a few.
Charlie is right. There is a law that prevents the export of the cars, plus even the totally worn out POS 56 Chevy is worth 25K down there. I have been trying to figure out how to get a COCO Taxi back here. I want one to cruze around Galveston in.
