The first Super Chevy Sunday events were just that --> Sunday only events. The first ones were run twice a year at Orange County International Raceway (OCIR) in Irvine, California, one in the Spring and one in the Fall. I believe the first year was 1980. It ran at OCIR until it demise in 1983. I Think it went nationwide that year.
