Re: The First Superman Comic
In 1973 as my grand parents were moving out of the family farm on which my dad was raised my grandmother threw out my dad's stack of comic books as she didn't think any of us grand children would want them (never mind that she knew us boys had stacks of comics in our room). In the stack was a Superman #1 but it may have been a 40's reprint as my dad was born in 38. Now I wonder how much the burn pile area is worth........
