If someone makes him a great offer while the auction is running or someone local decides to buy it , why shouldnt he take it???? </div></div>
If the seller can terminate the auction at any time, the auction may as well have a reserve because the seller can simply terminate the auction shortly before it ends if the seller doesn't like the bid level.
