I believe the fifty-four W-30's were essentially hand built balanced and blueprinted racing engines from the factory. While the “Track-Pack” cars were converted at the dealerships with most of the W-30 components. However they did not receive the same individualized attention of the fifty-four race cars. The car in the auction appears to be just a standard tri-power 1966 442 and not one of the “Track-Pack” cars. It is missing the ram-air set up and the chrome air cleaner mentioned above. The video below gives a pretty accurate description of the differences.
