There have been other such Nova's on the same list, which were never converted.

Yes, that green Nova was previously owned by Gregg Joseph who sold it in the summer of 2010. Car was originally sold out of V.V. Cooke in KY, and (per my failing memory...) was found by Mitch Moore and Mick Price - I believe still in original paint in full 427 regalia. I've seen the pre resto pics that Joe Grom from Chevy II Only has, pretty cool car. Like most of the '69 Y-Novas, I don't think this car has any bullet proof doc's to prove it was a 427. I think that Suydam's Y-Nova is the only one that has Yenko paper stating the car was a 427 from new. I have a window sticker from another car, but it's not been found to my knowledge.
