I know this isn't the classified section, but it doesn't fit in a category there.
My shop, Jireh Customs is for sale. I took over and existing business 5 years ago and grew it into a full service restoration shop. We do every aspect of restoration work in house with the exception of sowing interior fabrics. I am being voluntarily recalled to active duty in the US Navy. Since i am going back to active duty with 11 years and change of active duty service I am going to stay for the full 20 years and retire in 9 years. As I said I have grown this shop and put 120% + into this business because this is where my passion is. The business if for sale and the property is rented and a very reasonable rate. We have an existing customer base as well as still adding customers to our waiting list. We do everything from minor repairs to rotisserie restorations.
If anyone wants to buy the shop, let me know. If you know someone who might, let them know.
If anyone knows of a better marketing avenue for selling a business in repetitively notice, please let me know.
