The CRG has an associate member named Alan Colvin who wrote the series "Chevrolet by the numbers" If you have the 1965-1969 copy look at page 102 for usage applications with head 3927186.
It was made with both 1.94/150 or 2.02/160. Lower horse applications like my car got the 1.94/150 from the factory.

Yep! I have his book--- just saw it. States that the #186's were possibly used interchangeably! Must be something rare to have these heads though. Maybe when they were assembling the engine they were short a pair of the #041's but who knows. Still neat!!!
